Storytelling: A distillation pot is made of copper. It can distillate with high temperature giving out extraction and contraction of leaves, bark into water and essential oil. The aroma scent releases our tension then it comes back and forth like the couple that live through an emotional life. Many dislikes and likes of each other. The heat of anger in our conversational fighting breaks us apart while the water of roses we make loves heals those anger. Manolis clarifies his intention to compromise like essential oil. Clara is in pain and disappointment but they are working through their long term relationship “to be all one”
Design details: The art is colored in a high intensity tone. Part of the painting use the overlaid technique to give its depth and story
