Payment and Shipping
#5 After you fill your email and address, it will show your shipping cost which will depend on your location and regions.
#6 The total cost are the product cost and its shipping cost. The import tax is excluded which is also varies for each country.

#9 We will begin processing your order for delivery. For domestic delivery, processing is between 1-3 business days. For international delivery, processing is between 7-14 business days ( for premium and express shipping) and between 14-30 business days (for standard shipping).
#10 We will notify you with the tracking number and the shipping company (Fed ex, Dhl, Thaipost, and etc)
Return and damage
#11 We will consider reimbursement on the shipping damage for the original canvas product.
